Mission Statement:
The mission of the TEXAAN Mentoring Program is to connect mentors and mentees from various educational institutions across Texas, and to provide a platform to share knowledge, experiences, and resources. Through mentorship and guidance, we strive to empower advisors and coaches personal goals, while supporting their professional development. Our ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships and a network of support that enhances the experience for all involved.

- June 27, 2024: 2:30p-4:30p - Mentor Orientation & Training #1
- June 28, 2024: 10a-12p - Mentee Orientation & Training
- July 12, 2024: Deadline for first Mentor/Mentee Meetings
- September 2024: Quarterly Cohort Meeting - Virtual
- December 2024: Quarterly Cohort Meeting - Virtual
- Conference Week: In Person Cohort Meeting - Hybrid
- March 2025: Quarterly Cohort Meeting - Virtual
- June 2025: Joint Cohort Check-Ins and Wrap Up - Virtual Celebration
