Ashleigh Campbell - Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi

Ashleigh Campbell, is so excited to be apart of TEXAAN! She graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Minor in History. She is currently working towards a Master's in Science for Higher Education Administration (wish her luck to my Graduation Date of Summer 2026!)

She loves coffee, and enjoy spending her time reading, doing crochet, cooking, or cleaning (she love cleaning). The Twilight Sound Track are the theme songs of her life- Novo Amor

She has been an Academic Advisor since December 2023 at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. She has a passion for helping students reach their academic, personal, and career goals! She is so excited to see and speak to all advisors across the South Region and through TEXAAN to see what ideas and possibilities can be offered for student success! She wants to continue to grow and learn within advising to help her students achieve their goals and to find new and creative systems in the workplace.

Chair Elect

Taylor Goodspeed - Texas A&M University-Kingsville

My name is Taylor C. Goodspeed, and I am excited to serve as your South Region Chair-Elect! I am an Academic Advisor II at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where I work with incoming freshmen and sophomore students as part of the Student Development Team. As a proud two-time TAMUK alum, I earned my B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2014 and my M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education in 2022. TAMUK is especially meaningful to me because it is where I met my husband, Nick, and where we got married at St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Center and had our reception on campus! When I'm not advising students, you'll likely find me spending time with my family, planning our next adventure with my energetic toddler daughter, Blake Catherine, or loving on my two fur babies, Amelia AKA Mellie, a 6 year old Miniature Schnauzer, and Sonny, a 4 year Yellow English Labrador Retriever. A few of my favorite things include indoor cycling, running, shopping, baking, attending Bible study, serving through my church, and making memories with my family. I look forward to connecting with and serving the amazing advisors across our South Region!
