At TEXAAN, we aim to empower and support graduate students in their academic pursuits while fostering their professional growth by offering scholarships of $250 to student members pursuing graduate education at the Master's, Ph.D., or Ed.D. levels. These scholarships typically aim to alleviate financial burdens associated with tuition, fees, and other educational expenses.

Nomination Guidelines:

• Self-nominations are accepted.
• Verification of enrollment required
• Current members of the TEXAAN Executive Board are not eligible for consideration until after the member’s term of office is over.
• Paper copies of the nomination form and/or support documentation will not be accepted.
• Documentation sent separately from the submission will not be considered.  All documentation must be uploaded to the online Nomination Form.
• Nominations that do not follow the submission instructions will not be evaluated.
• TEXAAN membership is not required to be nominated.

Submission Requirements:

Self-Nomination - 

• CV/Resume
• Statement of Purpose (250-500 words)
• Transcript or Proof of Enrollment

Nomination of Other -

• Letter of Recommendation
• Note: All nominees will be contacted for permission prior to being placed on the ballot.

The TEXAAN 2025 Scholarships will be presented during the TEXAAN 2025 Annual Conference.
