Sponsorship Levels

Gold Level | $6,000
This generous gift will support the conference as undesignated funds. Donors at this level will be recognized with:

*6 complimentary conference registrations
*Highlight during all large gatherings

Silver Level | $4,000
This generous gift will support the conference as undesignated funds. Donors at this level will be recognized with:

*4 complimentary conference registrations

Bronze Level | $2,000
This generous gift will support the conference as undesignated funds. Donors at this level will be recognized with:

A La Carte Sponsorship 

A La Carte Sponsorships are specific opportunities to get your brand in front of conference attendees.  A La Carte Sponsorships can be made fiscally or by in-kind donation.  All A La Carte Sponsorships include recognition on TEXAAN social media, website, and conference communication.

• Volunteer Recognition| $500
  This will provide a gift to all conference volunteers as a token of appreciation for their dedication to the conference. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized on each gift tag.
  
  
• Refresh and Reframe Sessions | $1,000 (each)
  This gift will sponsor a Refresh and/or Reframe portion of the conference. Funds will secure an exclusive breakout session for you to engage with conference attendees by providing a way for them focus on personal ways to refresh or professional practice to help reframe their advising approaches. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized in conference app and advertised in the session space.
  
  
• Photography/Videography | $1,000
  This gift will provide the ability to capture the memories of the 2026 Annual Conference. Funds will be used to secure high quality photography and/or videography during the conference. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized during each large gathering.
  
  
• Name Badges | $1,500
  This gift will provide a custom name badge for all conference attendees. Our goal is 400 attendees.  Funds will be used to furnish a printed name badge. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized with their logo on the name badge.
  
  
• Regional Breakfast  | $1,500 (x6 regions)
  This gift will sponsor breakfast for all conference attendees for one of the six designated regions. Funds will be directly applied to the cost of the Thursday breakfast. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized during the regional meeting associated with their sponsorship.
  
  
• Registration Goodies  | $2,000
  This gift will provide a custom item for all  conference attendees. Our goal is 400 attendees.  Funds will be used to furnish a  TEXAAN gift at registration. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized at the registration area.

• Networking Social | $3,000
  This gift will sponsor a social networking opportunity open for all conference attendees. Our goal is 400 attendees. The sponsor for this conference item will be recognized at the networking event.
  
  
• New Advisor Institute Sponsor | $3,000
  This gift will sponsor one of two pre-conference institutes: New Advisor Institute or Coaching Institute. Funds will be used to furnish session for attendees.
