Floater
Provide flexible support wherever needed during the conference.
Ideal for volunteers who are open to helping in any area.

Local Ambassador
Capture conference highlights through photos and videos.
Share excitement and engagement with attendees.

Morning Wellness Volunteer
Assist with set-up and logistical needs throughout the conference.
Help ensure that conference spaces are organized and ready for attendees.
Networking Opportunities: Work closely with conference staff and other volunteers while supporting event operations.

Presenter Aide
Welcome attendees with a friendly greeting.
Check in participants and distribute swag bags and registration materials.
Assist with setting up and/or tearing down the registration area (depending on shift time).
Networking Opportunities: Meet a wide range of attendees as they arrive and make connections with both first-time and returning TEXAAN participants.
Leadership Skills Gained: Communication, customer service, and organizational management
Introduce presenters and workshop sessions (script provided).
