Registration Confirmation
Registration confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address provided in the registration form. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email conference@texaan.org.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Transfer Policy
Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your institution. You must complete and submit the TEXAAN Conference Registration Cancellation/Transfer Form by Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 11:59pm (CST).
Accessibility
If you have questions or require special accommodations for you to participate in the conference, please notify at least two weeks in advance (by February 12, 2025) by emailing conference@texaan.org outlining your needs and request for accommodation. We will make every effort to work with you to accommodate your needs.
Video & Photo Release
By participating in the conference, you voluntarily consent to being recorded and/or photographed by TEXAAN during the event. These photographs and/or video may be used in TEXAAN publications, including electronic publications, or in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or similar ways.
